The promotion opens on 04/03/17 and Promotional Products are anticipated to be available in participating stores from this time, subject to availability. The closing date for receipt of entries for :- i) the first draw is 23/06/17, ii) the second draw is 12/07/17 and ii) the final draw is 11/10/17. Entries received after 11/10/17 will not be accepted.
How to enter – residents in the UK and ROI:
After buying a Promotional Product, entrants must log on to www.mullerathletics2017.com (the “Website”) and create a user account by entering their full name, address (including postcode, if applicable) and email address. Entrants will also be asked to create a password (which must contain a minimum of 8 characters and include a mixture of letters and numbers). Entrants will be sent an email confirmation and asked to click on a link to complete account registration. Once an entrant has successfully created an account, they can enter the prize draw by logging into their account, entering the Promotional Code printed on their Promotional Product, selecting their Promotional Product from the list of products available, answering a qualifying question correctly (ROI residents only) and selecting which prize draw they wish to enter. If an Entrant submits the Promotional Code printed on the outer sleeve of a multipack, they will receive into their chosen prize draw the number of entries equivalent to the number of individual pots within their multipack (for example, a 6 pack would give them 6 entries into their chosen prize draw). Only 2 prizes may be won per person per draw.
How to alternatively enter–residents in Northern Ireland:
Northern Ireland residents can alternatively enter without purchase of a Promotional Product by sending their full name, address (including postcode), email address and details of which draw they wish to enter on a piece of paper to: Müller Win Athletics Tickets or Prizes, Toucan, 25 Northcote Road, London, SW11 1NJ before the applicable closing date for the draw they wish to enter. Only 1 (one) entry permitted per stamped envelope. If no prize draw is specified entries will be placed into the next available draw. Only 2 prizes may be won per person per draw.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate entries, or entries or communications that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or not received during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any transmission, network or software problems, computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay, postal strike, postal issue or any other reason whatsoever. Proof of electronic submission or posting is not proof of receipt of entry. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No entries can be returned or copied to the entrant. The Promoter will do all that it reasonably can to ensure that the Website is functioning correctly throughout the Promotional Period. However, the Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the promotion.
There will be 3 (three) prize draws in total: -
1500 prize winners will be selected at random by an automatic computer generated random draw programme from all correct entries received by the relevant closing date. Each winner will be subject to a verification process to confirm that the winner satisfies these terms and conditions. Following the verification process, the winners of each prize draw will be notified by email within 3 (three) working days of the relevant draw date. Prize notifications will be sent to the email address registered by the prize winner at the time of entry into the prize draw. It is the responsibility of entrants to supply their current email address. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prize notifications caused by the provision of the wrong information or causes beyond its control.

Limitations and Non-Transferable
An entrant may only win a maximum of 2 (two) prizes per draw and a maximum of 6 (six) prizes under the entire promotion. The prize in whole or in part is non-transferable. No cash or alternative prize will be offered in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or redemption of the prize.
The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any acts or omissions (including fraud) by any third party.
Publication of Prize WinnerBy entering the Promotion the entrant agrees that, if they become a prize winner, their first name, county and country will be published by the Promoter on its social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter and in other media at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
Details of Prize Winners
The name, county and country of the prize winner will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope (overseas residents will need to stamp their envelope appropriately to enable overseas return) to: “Marketing Department, Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire, TF9 3SQ, UK” after 30/11/17 for a period of 3 months. Entries to this address will NOT be accepted.
Prize winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is attempting to circumvent these terms and conditions for example, by the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, or in any way whatsoever, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made by a third party or with automated devices or processes are not allowed. All entries will be closely monitored by online systems and any entries in breach of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) will be disqualified. Entry instructions on-pack, on-line and in any other marketing materials form part of these terms and conditions.
Right to Suspend, Vary or Cancel
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify any prize claim including, but not limited to, name, address and Promotional Code. Only valid Promotional Codes will be accepted.
The Promoter will collect personal information from the entrant for the purposes of administering this promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency and other partners who will be supporting the Promoter with the promotion. This includes contacting the winner via email and publicising information about the prize winner by post and on social media (in accordance with paragraphs 18 and 19). By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their data in this manner. Upon entry, entrants will also be asked if they would like to receive future marketing communications and offers from the Promoter. If entrants choose to receive these future communications, they can opt-out of receiving them at any time.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law but is subject to the mandatory local law protections for consumers. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
